Non-magnetic poly-resin...letter opener with partially serrated blade.  Yeah, that's what it is.  It's a letter opener.

Very strong!  Can be sharpened.

I wrapped the handle of one of these with black paracord and sharpened the blade with a piece of wet-or-dry sandpaper.  It's AWESOME!
